Do you have a complaint?
As Sprite, we aim to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. If, however, we haven’t been able to meet your expectations, please let us know so that we can put things right for you.
Sprite has the following complaints procedure in place for you, should you be unsatisfied with our service:
- On most occasions, issues may arise as a result of a misunderstanding and can be easily resolved by contacting our customer services team.
- If you have a query, and not a complaint, please call our friendly customer service team on 01252 705 288 – We’d be happy to help and answer any questions that you may have.
- In the event that you would like to raise a formal complaint, please write to our Customer Service Manager, Sam Stevens. Please be aware that all complaints must be sent in writing using one of the following methods:

- All complaints will be dealt with by our Customer Service Manager within 10 working days.
